Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase,
return it within 30 days of the item ship date and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. There is no shipping charge on exchanges.
Returns received after 30 days (but within 75 days) qualify for exchange or merchandise credit only. Holiday purchase returns extended until January 15th, 2009. Your packing slip has been divided into
2 parts:
1. The enclosed invoice/return form.
2. UPS Label.
Step 1-Please tell us why you are returning the item by using the return reason codes below.
Step 2-Enclose this return form along with the merchandise in your return.
Return Option 1 -
Step 1: Affix the pre-addressed UPS return label to your package. Cover or remove the original shipping label.
Step 2: Package the return and seal securely with tape.
Step 3: Give the package to a UPS driver or take to a UPS drop-off location. You may also access UPS.com to locate your nearest drop off location.
No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed return label. You will be charged a return fee of $6.95 upon receipt of your return.
Return Option 2 - Pre-pay postage at the point of return. Please send your merchandise back via insured mail to the following address:

Size Chart - Finding your perfect fit
Our clothes are not made bigger, just taller. All of our inseams are 36" unless otherwise noted. Please consult our misses size chart below to see what size will fit best, based on your measurements. In general we recommend ordering your regular size. If a particular item is running small, large, long or short, we will let you know about this at the end of the item description.

BUST — With arms relaxed down at sides, keep tape parallel to the floor and measure around the fullest part of your bust.

WAIST — Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure at this point, making sure the tape fits comfortably around your waist.
|
|
HIPS — Stand with heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
|
|
INSEAM — Measure a similar style pant that fits you well; Measure from the crotch seam to the hem.
